1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This policy has been prepared in accordance with consumer protection laws and aims to ensure transparency and security in exchanges and returns of products purchased from SERESKIN.
1.2. All exchange or return requests must be submitted through our official customer service channel.
2. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
2.1. Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the product.
2.2. In case of damaged packaging, defective products, or discrepancies with the order, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2.3. For defect analysis, the returned product will be sent to our Distribution Center. After technical evaluation by our Quality Team, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided.
2.4. If the reported defect is not confirmed, or if the conditions established in this policy are not met, the product will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
3. CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that show:
a) Signs of use;
b) Unauthorized alterations;
c) Missing original items or accessories.
For purchases made with discounts or promotions, the refund or exchange value will be based on the amount actually paid, not the full retail price.
4. RETURNS
4.1. The deadline to request a return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order.
4.2. The product must be unused, unwashed, free of odors or stains, and in its original packaging.
4.3. For in-store pickup orders, the 7-day period starts from the date the product is made available for collection.
5. EXCHANGES
5.1. Exchanges may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.
5.2. Products with defects identified after this period, but within 30 (thirty) days from the purchase date, may be evaluated upon contacting our Customer Service.
5.3. The exchange process will be completed within 7 (seven) calendar days after the returned product is received at our Distribution Center.
5.4. For items purchased on promotion, the exchange value will be based on the original amount paid.
Example: A product priced at R$100.00 purchased for R$80.00 using a coupon will generate a store credit of R$80.00 for exchange.
6. REFUNDS
6.1. Refunds will be issued in the same amount paid for the returned product.
6.2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
6.3. The refund process may take up to 30 (thirty) business days after the returned product is received and analyzed.
7. CANCELLATION
7.1. Cancellation requests must be made through our Customer Service Center during business hours.
7.2. After the product is returned, a technical analysis will be conducted to verify eligibility for cancellation. If the criteria are not met, the item will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
